PART 1 – PROCEEDINGS

A party may apply for a waiver, reduction, postponement or refund of Court Fees using the attached Application for Fee Waiver Form. Please note that it is not possible to request a waiver, reduction, postponement or refund of Probate Fees. The Application for Fee Waiver only applies to fees in the court’s civil jurisdiction and does not apply to Probate fees.
