Latest Sentences (Sentences appear in the order they are posted on the web site – this date may be later than the date of the sentence.)

Tasmanian Sentences from 2002-

If you cannot find the sentence you are looking for it may be because:

  • it was imposed prior to 2002; or
  • initials have been used rather than the person’s surname (if suppression of a name is required by law). This occurs when the offender is under 18 years of age or there is a requirement to protect the identity of the victim.

For information about sentences prior to 2002 email the Supreme Court Library (SupremeCourt.Library@supremecourt.tas.gov.au) or telephone the Library on 6165 7446.
