Practice Directions

At the request of the Chief Justice the Practice Directions and Circulars to Practitioners have been revised to:

• reflect the Supreme Court Rules 2000;
• amalgamate a number of Practice Directions and Circulars to Practitioners dealing with the same matter;
• delete all obsolete Practice Directions and Circulars to Practitioners.

All previous Practice Directions and Circulars to Practitioners are withdrawn.

Copies of Practice Directions and Circulars to Practitioners are now available on the Supreme Court website. Practice Directions can be accessed by using the links below:
