CIVIL FEES AND ENDORSED COSTS

The fees payable, and endorsed costs claimable, in Supreme Court proceedings from 1 July 2014 are set out below.

As a result of the annual increase in the value of a fee unit under the Fee Units Act 1997 ($1.48 from 1 July 2014), the Appeal Costs Fund component of the fee payable on a writ (commencing an action) in the Supreme Court will, on 1 July 2014, increase from $43.80 to $44.40.
