COSTS ENDORSED ON WRITS AND ENFORCEMENT PROCESS

The in globo costs claimable and to be endorsed on writs and enforcement process pursuant to the Supreme Court Rules 2000, Schedule 1, Parts 3 and 4 have increased upon the commencement of the Supreme Court Amendment (Fees and Costs) Amendment Rules 2014 on 27 August 2014.
