Circulars to Practitioners

At the request of the Chief Justice the Practice Directions and Circulars to Practitioners have been revised to:

• reflect the Supreme Court Rules 2000;
• amalgamate a number of Practice Directions and Circulars to Practitioners dealing with the same matter;
• delete all obsolete Practice Directions and Circulars to Practitioners.

All previous Practice Directions and Circulars to Practitioners are withdrawn.

Copies of Practice Directions and Circulars to Practitioners, together with a subject index, are now available on the Supreme Court website. Circulars can be accessed by using the links below:
